if you would like to lose your wight , there simple method to lose 
your weight
everyone need specific calories
how do you know that how much calorie do you need daily 



let me tell you buddy 
every kilogram need only 1 calorie at every single hour 

what that means !!?
let me tell you , for example 
if you are 100 kilograms 
so you need a calorie for every kilogram at every single hour 
let us calculate it 
 100 * 1 * 24 = 2400 calorie daily  
hour    calorie     kilograms                                                                        
if you eat more than 2400 calorie perday , you will gain weight
and if you eat less than 2400 calorie  perday, you will lose weight

the fruits are very important at diet 



there is an experiment has done for years on MAC 
the guy who has done it , he has eaten daily 3 meals from Macdonald 's
breakfast , lunch and dinner , he did that to prove to the world how harmful this food on people's health , here we are not talking only about macdonald , we are talking about all the fast food 

the fast food , but the guy gain a lot of weight in a month , he put on weight 10 kg 

so ,,,
 the rule number 1 : if u want to lose weight , don't eat fast food 
2 : eat healthy food and try to eat vegetables and fruits 
3: go for a walk , go for a run , try to go to gym 

try to use your foot as much as you can instead of your car

sports are important to lose your weight but the most important is diet 
the system of your life eating is the most important at this operation to lose your weight


 so don't eat a lot quick food and much of chocolate  and say i will make exercises
and lose my weight
